Publication Ethics

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Information Technology (JAI-IT)

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Information Technology (JAI-IT) is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles on research advancements, applied studies, and development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Information Technology (IT) systems and infrastructures. JAI-IT serves as a publication platform for researchers, practitioners, and developers to share cutting-edge research and applied innovations in AI-driven IT solutions.

JAI-IT is published twice a year, in July and December.
The entire process—from manuscript submission, peer review, revision, to publication—typically requires 3–4 months.

All submitted articles will undergo an initial editorial screening and a rigorous double-blind peer-review process involving qualified reviewers and/or editors.

The Ethics of Scientific Publications outlines the responsibilities of managers, editors, reviewers, and authors. The ethical guidelines uphold three key principles:

  1. Neutrality – Freedom from conflicts of interest in publication management.

  2. Justice – Fair authorship rights for contributors.

  3. Honesty – Avoiding duplication, fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism.

Before submission, authors must download and sign the Statement of Ethics and Copyright Agreement. The Statement of Ethics must be included with the initial submission, while the Copyright Agreement is required before publication. These documents may be submitted via postal mail, email, or fax.
